Pricing and Availability
The customer can keep track of his or her order by consulting the shopping cart page. This page displays the desired quantity of a particular product, the product price, the subtotal cost of all products in the cart, the shipping cost of the entire order, and the total cost to the customer (not including any applicable sales tax).
For product prices and availability the customer should submit their questions to: designsbysd218@gmail.com or call us at: 1-832-330-6962 and a sales representative will respond. Sales tax may be added to the order if applicable (see payment information).
We will bill the customer's account once the products are shipped (see Payment Information). The customer can check the status of each product (if the product is in stock, out of stock, or on back order) by referring to the status link located directly below the "Add To Cart" button for each product. To find a status report for the product, including the time it will take for a product to be in inventory, click the status link and a full description will be given.
Product Warranties
All products advertised on the SD BodyRAAK™ site come with a (1) year warranty. If problems or concerns arise regarding specific warranties, the customer should submit their questions or concerns to: info@sdbodyraak.com and a sales representative will respond.
Payment Information
Customers can purchase SD BodyRAAK™ equipment online by credit card only. Sales tax is applicable in some states and will be added to the order if appropriate. SD BodyRAAK™ accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card only.
Shipping Rates and Policies
We ship items by UPS Freight and FedEx. Lighter products are shipped by UPS ground. We can only guarantee curb side delivery.
What is your shipping policy?
All non-UPS shipments are curbside delivery and require a customer signature. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Will the person who delivers my order also unpack it and set it up?
We can only guarantee curbside delivery. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there. Assembly is required for this equipment.
What if I receive my product and it does not work?
If you receive a product that is damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement or give a full refund. If shipping damage occurs please refuse the product at time of delivery and contact our Returns Department at info@sdbodyraak.com.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us at: info@sdbodyraak.com to set up a return for a full refund of the purchase price. The purchaser will cover the return shipping charges on all returned merchandise (unless the merchandise is reported as defective). Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the product. You must receive a Return Authorization number from us in order to return the product. The following information is required to obtain a Return Authorization:

Serial number
Accurate, detailed reason for the return
A photo of the damage
Products being returned must be arranged and packaged in the original box or comparable package.
What if I want to cancel my order after it has shipped?
We will refund the purchase price (price of the item(s) including any tax) once the item(s) are returned. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise.
SD BodyRAAK™ and its agents reserve the right to change this Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions for any changes. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the www.SD BodyRAAK.com website.
The SD BodyRAAK 50/50 Rewards Plan Rules and Requirements
To participate in the SD BodyRAAK 50/50 rewards plan the following applies:
1. The SD BodyRAAK 50/50 rewards plan only applies to individual ownership and is not intended for commercial entities or the agents thereof.
2. The weight loss must be recorded and provided to designsbysd218@gmail.com by a licensed medical professional, including first and last name of the participant, along with the start date and the date in which the 50 lbs. weight decrease was achieved.
3. The SD BodyRAAK 50/50 rewards refund cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or rewards programs.
4. The refund amount can only be applied to the credit card of the purchaser
5. The reward refund amount will be applied within 30 days from the date in which the required information was received.
6. It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm with a physician any weight loss plan before starting.
7. This rewards plan is valid only for online purchases and until December 31, 2022 or until otherwise specified through this offer.
