BodyRAAK® products are designed to fit the human form. After spending years collaborating with doctors, physical therapists, professional trainers, licensed dietitians, and active seniors, the SD BodyRAAK® core developing system was born. Our team perfected a quality design, from natural materials, friendly to our environment. The design team gave it curves and gripping surfaces that are easy on the body. The ergonomic radial features are comfortable to the touch and gentle on the joints. The curved cradle and soft foot stirrups mounted on the rails, offer subtle flux to achieve comfort and perfect body alignment. This design is not lacking in load capacity or versatility. The SD BodyRAAK® provides more than enough for an extreme workout experience, or engaging easy motion form routines. With our key products centered around an exercise ball, we designed a system of apparatus and method of use, that is very affective and safer to use for a broader age group. Engineering organic fitness equipment that truly targets core development was our primary goal. We believe that fitness equipment should work in harmony with body form and function.
